Select the Render item, and from the V-Ray menu go to Remove package -> Remove V-Ray Render Settings. And it will expose you to some tricks in 3ds Max modeling, Vray secrets, and postproduction magic in photoshop. Easiest way to reset all V-Ray Render settings would be to remove the 'V-Ray Render Settings' package. This is not a basic course however, it takes you to an advanced intermediate level.

The Aversis tutorials are all for the 3D Studio Max version, but since many of the features are similar for each package, you will be able to learn some of it even when using a different host package. It takes you from the basic 3ds Max and Vray, and photoshop to a high-end and professional visualization.

V-ray is one of the best renderers you will find to create extremely photorealistic 3D images. They don't sum up a bunch of settings, but instead explain every step along the way, telling you how and why, in human language. The Aversis V-ray tutorials are widely known for their in depth explanations while remaining very easy to follow and to understand. A short overview of the main Vray features, one of the most used and versatile render plugins for 3dsMax.
